Webcam

We purchased a web cam 6 months ago and have had no one use it to get in touch, that is until the morning of Christmas Eve I think everyone of my relatives that have a web cam fitted to their computers, got in touch with me, this is from England and the United States simultaneously. Have you noticed, when talking to people with web cams, the person on the other end will never look in to the camera, they are too busy looking at you on the monitor, sometimes the camera can be as much as 45 deg to the monitor. I have tried positioning ours in various places, I think now apart from putting it right in the middle of the monitor I have mine in the right place, you just have to watch to see if the eyes flick from one side to the other, has anyone found a perfect place for theirs.

Kids Heading Overseas on Holidays

Laurie, Jessica, Chelsea & Alicia are heading to Taiwan & Singapore on holidays from Dec 26, 2006 till Jan 19, 2007. Picture (at right) is of South Tun Hwa Rd, Taipei, Taiwan at dusk in 2005.

House on the Market

It's been awhile since we last posted so we had better give you an update on what's happening.

We now have the house on the market and you can find details at Professionals in Forest Lake and Realestate.com.au. I don't know how many people will be looking this close to Christmas but hopefully in the new year we will get a lot of interest.

It's going to be hard to keep the house spotless for so long too.
